But, no matter the reason, there are glaring differences between the two approaches. People who focus primarily on their intended results tend to plan more. They are more proactive, have a definite action plan, and are usually more productive. They also tend to have calmer days. People who focus primarily on activities tend to be more spontaneous and react to whatever happens around them. They are always busy but not always productive. Their days are usually more chaotic.
